Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love LinkBrain. If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@linkbrain.co with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your LinkBrain account. We'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people — if something went wrong, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Settings page. When you cancel:

  • You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your links and data are never deleted — they remain in your account
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to restore Pro features

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused months upon request.

Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
